it infuriates me that 99% off the world thinks that making videos is the hard part. It's not. The hard is building a machine that makes them when.. You are burnt out. You are busy. You are working on something else. You are pissed off. You are happy. You are sad. Etc... You see content is a operations business disguised and a creative one. Businesses could care less about how you feel and need content no matter what. The sad truth is most will never make enough content to learn this. The public talks about content at the most surface layer. Idea Video Edit Post. That is the most beginner level. When I think of content I ask.. Who's filming the video. Who's editing the video. Wheres the file go. Who's approving it. What manychat flow is being attached. Whos tracking the performance. What is gonna be repeated or discarded? What happens if I film 100 of these tomorrow? You see. If you make videos long enough you will get here lol. But if you simply listen to the general public its wildly under simplified. Yes you can succeed with simplification. I mean I do it all the time. But the reality is... if you are not thinking about the other things you at some point will be bottlenecked by them. Now to be clear if you are solo person making 1-3 videos and posting them to one or 2 platforms this wont effect you.
